| HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGER: |
will work under the supervision of the
Chief Medical Officer will establishes and monitors systems and
procedures for the efficient maintenance and distribution of
medical records. Under the direction of the IT Director will work
towards the planning, development and implementation of electronic
medical records. Will be responsible for the supervision and
development of Medical Records Staff throughout all satellites.
Must be computer proficient and experienced with EMR. Certification
required with at least two years experience. Must be able to travel
between sites located in Bridgeport, Stratford and Stamford. EOE
