Optimus Health Care, Inc. provides Dental/Oral Health services at the following locations:
- 982 East Main Street (seven dental exam rooms)
- Stratford Health Center (five dental exam rooms ), and
- Park City Primary Care Center (three dental exam rooms)
In Stamford, our patients are referred to local dental providers, The Dental Center of Stamford, and South End Dental Center.
Our dental services consist of the following: emergency care, primary prevention services, restorative and basic treatments services such as fillings, oral surgery, root canal therapy, periodontal therapy, crowns, fixed and removable bridges, dentures, and implant restoration.
Additional services include patient education regarding tobacco and alcohol, the use and proper nutrition, oral hygiene instruction and regular check-up every 6 months or as recommended. Dental Staff also on a regular basis makes available free dental screening services to community residents at special events and health fairs. Also, the Dental Director participates in a community based Oral Health Initiative comprised of several health care and social service agencies. This collaborative is dedicated to increasing access or oral health care for the underserved.
