Optimus Health Care, Inc. (formerly Bridgeport Community Health Center, Inc.) has worked with an extensive network of partners in ensuring delivery of primary health care to the underserved and marginalized populations of the community. This includes a group of donor/funding agencies, local and State-wide coalitions, memberships in national and state-wide associations, other health and social service agencies, other non-profit organizations, and community-based organizations.
